I have again decided to participate in the Angels Among Us 5K & Family Fun Walk event on April 28, 2012, this time in memory of Phil. Why don't you join my team, "Head Over Healing?" The more people we have participating, the merrier, and the better for the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke!

This year, more than 190,000 Americans will be diagnosed with a brain tumor, and your support for this under-funded disease is critical. At Duke, ground-breaking research is translated into treatments for patients more quickly than anywhere else, and your generosity will give us the resources needed to push our research efforts at a much faster rate. Your participation in the Angels Among Us 5K & Family Fun Walk will help in the discovery of new treatments, expand patient services, and improve outcomes for patients and families. The money we raise will also go to helping to improve patients' quality of life and finding a cure. We need your support, so please join my team!
