In memory of Dan George, 1952–2008

The George Family and friends are so proud of Dan. He has taken on brain cancer with dignity, grace and a big smile.

Even though at the age of 53 he was diagnosed with a Grade 4 GBM, he is confident that he "couldn't be luckier". This husband, father, grandfather, business owner, local politician, guitar player and former marathon runner has a lot to live for, and wants to make sure people know it!

Dan is a fighter and his sense of hope is contagious. We love him and he is our hero.
